Shipping and Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

This policy outlines the delivery terms for digital products purchased from ThemeChamber.

1. Delivery Method and Timing

All of our products are digital products (e.g., WordPress themes, templates, code) and are therefore delivered immediately after successful purchase and payment processing.

Once your payment is complete, you will have immediate access to download the product files. You should receive a confirmation email containing the download links, or access via your dedicated ThemeChamber customer account dashboard.

2. Product Updates and File Changes

If we update new product files (such as bug fixes or new features) and you need access to the latest version, the maximum waiting time is 24 hours, but we typically provide access in less time. We will notify you when an update is available.

3. Non-Immediate Delivery Notification

In the rare event that we cannot deliver a product immediately after purchase (due to system maintenance or technical errors), we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an expected time frame for delivery.

4. No Physical Shipping

All our products are delivered digitally and there is no postal or physical delivery method whatsoever. Please ensure you have adequate internet access to download the files.

5. Customer Account Responsibility

We encourage you to keep your email address and other contact information up to date in your ThemeChamber account to ensure you get the product access and updates you need promptly. Failure to maintain current contact information may delay your receipt of product updates or support communication.

We are not responsible for delivery failure if your email server or internet service provider treats the confirmation email as spam or if your email address is invalid.
